I started this blog in january of 09 before my first powerlifting meet to log my training while I was trying to qualify for teen nationals. I kept it going after nationals to keep everyone updated on my lifting.
I train at quest gym in Duluth, Ga, owned by Sherman Ledford owner of Quest Nutrition and former USA team coach. I am the 8th ranked single-ply lifter at 181 in the United States for 2010, regardless of age and federation.
I graduate from the University of Georgia in 2011 with an undergrad in Mathematics. I'm currently personal training in Athens. I am also in charge of the UGA powerlifting team as of now. For more info on either, my e-mail is bconway1@uga.edu
