Year round:
Branch Chain Amino Acids and glutamine. I take two scoops in the morning and two scoops with gatorade during training. Didn’t really believe in BCAAs until I took them but its the real deal, especially if you’re cutting weight.
Hardcore:
Amazing mix with glutamine, zinc, and other elements crucial to recovery
Questplex:
Post-workout protein with digestive enzymes, also taken before bed to stay in an anabolic state while sleeping.
The following I only take during meet prep:
Most insane pre workout I’ve ever taken. Helps for cutting weight too. Don’t take after 2 pm in the day if you have any plan of going to sleep.

Jacked Stack.Contains 1. Kre-alkalyn more effective than normal creatine monohyrdate. 2. HBM increases strength and aids in recovery 3. Di-Arginine Malate increases production of NO, increased strength, and muscles pumps (Jacked Stack works even better as a pre-workout when stacked with questalean). Amazing product, one of quest’s most popular.
Whey and Casein mix. Best to take before bed or mid day if you can’t have a solid meal. All your vitamins and minerals too. I substitute my quest plex for this product.
